My love of nature and its form is the main inspiration for my work. I love the tactile nature of working with clay and enjoy experimenting with the different textures you can create. My work focuses mainly on animal sculpture, and I try to capture the way they move. I work with different clays and tend to fire to stoneware but also love raku work. I enjoy using oxides and love the different effects you can achieve. I have also started to use sgraffito in my work.
