I have been learning to throw since 2004, and I feel I am still learning every day. I love to make functional wares for everyday use using stoneware clays and durable colourful glazes.

I was a contestant on the first series of The Great Pottery Throwndown back in 2016 which was a tremendous experience and I met some lovely people and learned a lot. One of the challenges was to make a wash basin for a bathroom, and I have since been commissioned for these pieces, uniquely made to match bathrooms.

Recently I have been decorating using sgraffito techniques. Surface decoration has become a more important part of my work since completing a foundation Diploma in Art and Design at West Dean College in 2018, and I make many of my own glazes using oxides.
