GK26 Stewarding & Volunteering Form

Our summer exhibition runs entirely through the volunteering efforts of all the exhibitors – without everyone volunteering their time and effort, we cannot successfully run the exhibtion.

Please enter details of all the dates for which you can volunteer to steward and offer us a minimum of 4 dates. There is an option to select a couple of dates as 1st and 2nd preferences, which will be used, if possible, when final stewarding allocations are made.

You will be asked to steward for at least one day and it is possible (though unlikely) that you may be asked to steward for two days.  Please mark all dates volunteered in your diary, so that you do not make other commitments on these dates.  We will confirm those dates that you will be asked to steward no later than 27th June 2026.

Those who have not stewarded before will be partnered with experienced stewards.

We also need people to volunteer for other tasks which support the exhibition, which are listed at the bottom of the form.  Please mark any support tasks that you are able to help with.  Please check several if possible, to give us maximum flexibility when allocating tasks.
