Great Kitchen Exhibition 2026 – Exhibit Entry Form

You will be asked to enter all the details of your work over the following pages.  Full exhibitors may enter details of up to 12 items. Newcomerswho are entering free of charge are limited to only 3 items.

The details you will be asked to complete for each entry will be:-

  • Item Title (shown on the Display Label)
  • Item Cost (shown on the Display Label)
  • Is the item Foodsafe, Watertight or Frost proof ? (shown on the Display Label)
  • Item Size (or if a Wallhanging) – drop down menu provided  (NOT shown on the Display Label)
  • Quantity, if your item is a set (e.g. a set of matching bowls).  This defaults to 1, but you can enter any value up to 6.  A maximum of 6 items per set is allowed, and there is a maximum of 2 sets of items per exhibitor  (shown on the Display Label)
  • Type of Firing used – drop down menu provided (shown on the Display Label)
  • Type of Clay Body used – Drop down menu provided (shown on the Display Label)
  • Comments – instructions regarding individual items (NOT shown on the Display Label)

Ifn you do not want to complete all your entries at one session, you can make use of the ‘save and resume’ feature at the bottom of the form.   This should store your part-completed form, and send you an e-mail link to enable you to complete the form at a later date.

When you finsh the form and submit it, you should be e-mailed a copy of your entry.

Only submit the form when you have completed ALL of the entries and checked them. Once submitted you cannot edit the form – you would need to complete a new form for your entire GK26 submission – so please check thoroughly before submitting it!  You are required to complete the form and submit it no later than the end of Wednesday 24th June.

We will display 5 of your items at the start of the exhibition and keep the remaining items on site to replace sold items .

IMPORTANT NOTICE

All work must be delivered to the Great Kitchen at the allocated date & time, and no work will be accepted that has not been checked in by the check-in team.

Only pre-printed labels will be allowed this year so please ensure that all of your exhibit details are correct – we have allowed plenty of time for you to complete the exhibit entry form.

Please enter the total number of exhibits that you are entering. If you have entered as a newcomer for free then this should be 3 items or less. For other exhibitors this can be up to 12 items maximum - any entries beyond 12 will not be accepted.
