| Fri 1 April | Online Registration Form goes live: First come first served basis. Closing date for registrations 11 April. |
| Late April/Early May | Exhibit Entry Online Form and Stewarding/Volunteering Online Form go live. |
| Mid July | Last date for entry forms providing details of your exhibits |
| Thu 29 July, 9 am – 12.30 pm | Deliver work to The Bishop’s Palace, Chichester |
| Fri 30 July, 6-8 pm | Members and Friends Evening – to be confirmed: may not be possible due to social distancing |
| Sat 31 July Aug to Sun 15 Aug | Exhibition open to public, 10 am to 5 pm everyday |
| Sun 15 Aug/Mon 16 Aug | Take down show – Collect unsold work |
