Application Form for the Great Kitchen Exhibition in Chichester 2026 (GK26)

Please note that there are a maximum of 65 places for this exhibition.

This is how it will work :-

1. Register your interest in exhibiting at the Great Kitchen 2026 – note that this is no longer a ‘first come first served’ entry process. Selection will be by a lottery of all of the valid entries received before the closing date of 12th April 2026.

2. If there are more than 65 applications, we will hold a draw for GK2026 shortly after the closing date.

3. Any applicants not successful in any draw will be offered a reserve list position for the exhibition. If applicants choose to remain on the reserve list their application fee will be retained. Anyone who is not successful in getting an exhibition space by 4 weeks before the start date of the exhibition will get their application fee refunded in full.

Exhibits delivered to Great Kitchen – Wednesday 22nd July 2026.

Exhibition private view – Friday 24th July 2026

Exhibition Open – Saturday 25th July and runs until Sunday 9th August 2026.

General Conditions of Entry

A. You must be a fully paid up member of SCG at the time of application.

B. First time exhibitors will be able to submit up to 3 items for no entry fee.

C. Other exhibitors will be able to submit up to 12 items for an entry fee of £25 per exhibitor. First timers can also chose to pay the entry fee and submit up to 12 items.  Sets of work can be submitted as one saleable item, however each set should not contain more than 5 individual items, and each exhibitor cannot submit more than 3 sets. For exsmple, a bowl and a spoon will count as one set.  The application fee is due at the time of submitting your application form, and will be requested as an online card payment at the end of this application form.

D. Commission on sales will be at the rate of 20%.

E. You will be asked to steward and/or volunteer at the event. This is a mandatory requirement for exhibiting, in order for Southern Ceramic Group to run the exhibition successfully.

F. In the event of more members applying than there is space, then exhibitors will be selected through a random draw. If you are not selected, then you will be offered a Reserve position. If you are not offered an actual exhibition space, your application fee will be refunded.

G. If you decide to withdraw from the exhibition at any time up to 4 weeks prior to the exhibition, then your application fee will be refunded in full. After that 4 week date has passed, your application fee will not be refunded if you withdraw.

H. All exhibitors are required to assist by stewarding for at least one day from 9.00am to 5.30pm.

G. If you do not attend for your agreed stewarding duty, then the committee reserve the right to ban you from exhibiting at future exhibitions for a period of 12 months.
